Phoenix Employ was created due to having the experience of owning multiple companies and the need of having to hire hundreds of candidates. The first company created costed our company thousands of dollars to post a job on a job board and to contact the clients. There were times when we had to purchase a package to have our job featured on the job board and that costed additional money.

We recognize the struggle especially if you are a small company starting from scratch. We believe that rather you’re a small company or a billion-dollar company, you should not have to pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars to fulfill your vacancies. Simple as that!
